Payment

It is cost differences for different countries, which contain shipping costs, storage costs, and labor costs, etc

1: Based on experience, PayPal may have the transaction limit. Please check this with PayPal.
2: According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address need to be in the same country, otherwise the payment will not be allowed.
3: If above is not working, please contact us at service@hyphotonflux.com or online chat.

1: Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

2: Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.

3: Check whether your card authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.

4: Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.

5: Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.

6: If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.

As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the card holder will request to unblock their secured method.

Shipment

We will ship from the China factory with extra shipping costs for countries we don't have a warehouse in.

If your package is lost or missing,please contact service@hyphotonflux.com ASAP. Our service team will offer you steps and solutions.We will do our best to handle your case promptly.

You can check your account if you register on our website. We’ll also send a tracking number email to your email when the shipment is done.

1.If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you sign for it, please request the courier to make a remark on the shipping label.
2. Please keep the original packaging and send an email to service@hyphotonflux.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include pictures of the damage and your order number in your message.

After the order is processed, there will be 2 to 8 business days for the product(s) to reach you.
