As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation email will be sent that means your order and payment are received. Automatically we reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.
The tracking number for the order will be sent to the email address provided 36 business hours after the Order Processing. And you can check the updated status when login into your account. Also, we will email you later to follow up on the delivery time and remind you to pick up the package in time if any unexpected situation happens. So pls make sure your mailbox and phone are available and care about your order within 7 days. So you will not miss any news about the package.
If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com. We will reply to you in 12 business hours. If your tracking number does not work in 3 working days after you get it, pls email us. Occasionally there may be a mix-up in the warehouse and you may have received an incorrect tracking number. We will send you the available one. Sometimes special circumstances will delay logistics updates. We will check and feedback to you.

There are rare and unforeseen events out of our control that may affect shipping times. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by our delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Most carriers will not ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, we may have to contact you for an alternate delivery address.
All of our lights can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other couriers. Contact us for the worldwide shipping quote. In this case please allow a couple of weeks (or more) for the products to reach you. Items shipped internationally from China may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not HYPHOTONFLUX.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If we've sent you something you didn't order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible.

2. Send us the pictures of the wrong product you received, include all labels that stick on the shipping box.
3. Pick your preferred solution (refund or replacement).

Can't Find Your Package?
If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it. Here are some things you could try to help find you package:
1. Check that your shipping address is correct.
Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “My Orders” page.
2. Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.
Boxes may have been left at backdoors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.
3. Give it a couple more days
Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration this can cause, but your package is likely to show up within six days of a false scan.
4. Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.
Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.
5. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
6. This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.

HYPHOTONFLUX can not be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please be sure to ship to a secure location! If the items are lost, we need at least 30 days to investigate.
